Built on a foundation of resilience and 20 years of industry experience, T&V Energy Services LLC (TVES) was founded in 2023 by Minh to solve a persistent challenge in oil and gas: the need for absolute reliability in electrical control panel integration. Having worked extensively with leaders like Honeywell and ABB, Minh established TVES to give major energy players exactly what they need, precisely when they need it.

That ethos is carried on by Minh’s sons, including General Manager Antoine. Raised on the values of hard work and community, Antoine watched his father navigate arriving in the U.S. as a Vietnamese immigrant, master a new language, support a young family, and climb the industry ladder from the ground up. Today, Minh’s sons bring that same work ethic, integrity, and warmth to every partnership TVES builds.
